Pirate Empress Boa Hancock is the only female former Shichibukai. She is the Serpent Princess of Amazon Lily and rules it alongside her two younger Gorgon sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold. She is considered by many to be the most beautiful woman in the world. She was the main antagonist of the Amazon Lily Arc.
She was first mentioned by the Risky Brothers at the end of the Thriller Bark Arc, who compared her legendary beauty to that of mermaids.
