Kilowog is a DC Comics character and one of the most famous members of the Green Lantern Corps.
Kilowog is known as a member of the Green Lantern Corps, as the primary trainer of the Corps’ recruits. He was accepted into the Corps by the Guardians of the Universe as a gifted technician from the planet Bolovax Vik, located in sector 674, which was entrusted to him as a supervised. Kilowog was trained by a Lantern named Ermey, who often referred to him as “poozer” (English Poozer) (Kilowog later adopted this phrase, but in a milder form). During one of the training sessions, they had to help repel an attack on a group of Lanterns, among which was Sinestro, as a result of which Ermey was mortally wounded, and said that he highly appreciated Kilowog’s abilities and saw in him the makings of a great leader [2]. Later, he was assigned to guard sector 674, where his home planet was located, often helping newcomers to the Corps, giving briefings and advice on the best use of power rings. Kilowog was the first trainer of the young Hal Jordan when he received the ring from the dying Abin Sur and was subsequently given Sector 2814 to guard. Was killed by Hal Jordan when he went insane.
