“Vault Girl” is not a character specifically associated with “Vault 69.” Instead, “Vault Girl” is a recurring mascot and symbol used in the marketing and promotional materials for the popular video game series “Fallout,” created by Bethesda Game Studios. The “Fallout” series is set in a post-apocalyptic world and often features characters living in underground Vaults to survive the nuclear fallout.
The Vault Girl character is typically depicted as a cheerful, blue-eyed, and blonde woman wearing a jumpsuit similar to the attire worn by the inhabitants of the Vaults in the game. She often appears in various poses, including giving a thumbs-up or holding a Pip-Boy device (a wrist-mounted computer).
“Vault 69” is not a canonical Vault from the “Fallout” series, at least as of my last knowledge update in September 2021. Vaults in the “Fallout” universe are typically numbered and have their own unique stories, experiments, and inhabitants.
It’s possible that “Vault 69” is a reference or creation within fan fiction or fan-made content related to the “Fallout” universe, but it would not be part of the official lore or games created by Bethesda Game Studios. If there have been developments related to “Vault 69” in the “Fallout” community or within the series since my last update, I would recommend checking more recent sources for information.
