Welcome to assetsfree.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the access to or purchase of digital files, including but not limited to 3D models and digital assets.

By downloading, accessing, or purchasing any digital content from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Goods

All products available on assetsfree.com are digital-only.
No physical items are shipped.

After successful payment (if applicable), you receive access to downloadable files such as STL, OBJ, ZIP, or other digital formats.

2. No Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You may cancel a digital purchase only before the download starts.
Once you start downloading or accessing any digital content, you explicitly waive your legal right of withdrawal.
assetsfree.com does not provide refunds after a download has started, except where required by mandatory law.

3. No Refund Policy (Worldwide)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

accidental or mistaken purchases
change of mind
incompatibility with your software, printer, or hardware
bad print results caused by slicer settings, filament, resin, or printer calibration
lack of user experience

We do not guarantee that any file is suitable for any specific machine, software, or purpose.
You are fully responsible for checking compatibility before use.

4. License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all files on assetsfree.com are provided under a personal-use license only.

You are not allowed to:

resell
redistribute
share
re-upload
include in commercial products
use in any commercial activity

without written permission from assetsfree.com.

Violation results in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

assetsfree.com is not responsible for:

failed or defective prints
damage to printers or equipment
material waste
loss of data
business loss or indirect damages

All files are provided “as is”, without any warranties, express or implied.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

having compatible hardware and software
knowing how to slice, modify, and print 3D files
using files safely and legally
complying with local laws and regulations

assetsfree.com does not provide technical support for printers, slicers, or hardware.

7. Agreement at Checkout

Before accessing or purchasing any content, you must confirm:
