However, regarding Wooper, it is indeed an official Pokémon species. Wooper is a Water/Ground-type Pokémon that first appeared in the Pokémon Gold and Silver games. It is known for its cute and simplistic design, resembling a small, blue, bipedal creature with a large head and round, vacant eyes.
Wooper is often found near bodies of water, as it enjoys living in marshy areas and mud puddles.
