Pochita (ポチタ Pochita?) is the Chainsaw Demon (チェンソーの悪魔 Chensō no akuma?) who embodies the fear of chainsaws. He was the original Chainsaw Man (チェンソーマン Chensō Man?) before becoming Danji’s heart
Personality
Unlike most demons, Honor communicates only by barking and generally behaves like a dog. Despite this, after merging with Denji, he began to interact with Denji through his mind. He sends signals to Denji several times through his dreams, urging him not to open the door.
Pochita cared deeply for Denji after he saved him from death, despite demons having a hard time making contact with humans. He willingly gave his heart to Denji so that he could fulfill his dreams.
Honor’s character is much more unstable when he is in his true demonic form – he quickly killed everyone who showed the slightest hostility towards him in the diner. However, he later tells Denji that he always dreamed of hugging someone but couldn’t due to his immense strength. This allows us to conclude that the murders in the diner are the result of carelessness and inability to control force.
