In the Great Ape form, the Saiyan’s power, size, and strength increase dramatically, but they lose their sense of reason and become wild beasts. Goku, being a Saiyan himself, has the ability to transform into a Great Ape.
In the anime series Dragon Ball GT, Goku’s Great Ape form is taken to a new level with the introduction of the Super Saiyan 4 transformation, which allows Goku to control his Great Ape form and transform into a humanoid with red fur and incredible power.
It’s possible that “Goku Oozaru 5” is a fan-made concept or a misconception about the Great Ape transformation.
