Donatello, often referred to as Donnie, is one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT). He’s known for his intelligence, technical skills, and proficiency with a bo staff. Donatello is one of the four anthropomorphic turtles trained in ninjutsu by their rat sensei, Splinter. Along with his brothers Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Raphael, Donnie fights crime and battles villains in the fictional city of New York.
Each of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has their own unique personality and abilities, with Donatello being the team’s inventor and gadget specialist. He’s easily recognizable by his purple bandana and the bo staff he wields in combat. The TMNT franchise has been popular in comics, animated series, movies, and various merchandise since its creation. Donnie is a beloved character among fans of the series.
