Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd is the prince turned eventual king of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus and the house leader of the Blue Lions in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and its spin-off Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. He is one of the three deuteragonists (alongside Edelgard von Hresvelg and Claude von Riegan) of the game. Dimitri is a young man with blue hair and green eyes. He is tall and well-built, and he carries himself with a regal bearing. He is a skilled swordsman and a natural leader.
Dimitri is a kind and compassionate person, but he is also deeply traumatized by the Tragedy of Duscur, a massacre that claimed the lives of his parents and many of his people. This trauma drives him to seek revenge against Edelgard, who he believes is responsible for the tragedy.
As the story progresses, Dimitri begins to heal from his trauma and learn to forgive. He eventually realizes that Edelgard is not his enemy, and he joins forces with her to end the war.
Dimitri is a complex and well-developed character. He is a tragic hero who is ultimately redeemed by his own kindness and compassion. He is a fan-favorite character, and he is considered one of the best-written characters in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
