Deathmask is a character from the Saint Seiya anime/manga franchise. He is a Gold Saint of the Cancer constellation, and wears the Cancer Surplice, which is a type of armor worn by the warriors of Hades.
Deathmask is known for his ruthless and sadistic nature, often taking pleasure in causing pain and suffering to his opponents. He is also highly skilled in combat, with his special techniques including the “Deadly Starlight Extinction” attack which can obliterate multiple targets at once.
In the story, Deathmask is one of the twelve Gold Saints who protect the Greek goddess Athena, and fights alongside them against various enemies. However, it is eventually revealed that Deathmask has secretly aligned himself with Hades and seeks to aid him in his quest for domination.
