She is a scientist and a former human who was transformed into an Android by Dr. Gero’s son, Dr. Gero’s supercomputer, and the Red Ribbon Army. She is also a Majin, a creature with magical powers that is able to absorb the power and abilities of others.
Android 21 has a unique appearance with pink hair, golden eyes, and a lab coat. She is highly intelligent and has a split personality, with a kind and gentle side as well as a monstrous and aggressive side.
In the game, Android 21 serves as the main antagonist and is responsible for creating a clone army of the other Dragon Ball characters. She also seeks to gain the power of the player character and other fighters in order to become the strongest being in the universe.
