Aquaman is a fictional superhero character from DC Comics, created by Paul Norris and Mort Weisinger. He made his first appearance in “More Fun Comics” #73 in 1941. Aquaman is known as the King of Atlantis and has become one of the most recognized and enduring characters in the DC Universe.
The character’s real name is Arthur Curry, and he is the son of a human lighthouse keeper and Atlanna, the Queen of Atlantis. As a result, he possesses both human and Atlantean heritage, granting him a range of superhuman abilities. Some of Aquaman’s key powers and traits include:
