Rhino is a supervillain character in Marvel Comics. His real name is Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich, and he was once a common thug who was transformed into a superhuman being with a nearly indestructible suit that gave him incredible strength and endurance. His suit is shaped like a rhinoceros, hence the name. Rhino has been a frequent adversary of Spider-Man, and is known for his brute strength and tendency to charge at his opponents head-first. He first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #41 in 1966.
